La canción habla sobre un indefenso niño que desde el vientre de su madre, ruega porque no le quiten su vida.
Alcanzo el puesto no. 6 en los chats cristianos en agosto de 1990, y recibió la nominación al premio Dove como mejor canción de Hard Rock Cristiana en ese mismo año.
